A woman and a child were cut from their car and taken to hospital after two cars were involved in a collision in Smethwick.
The pair, believed to be a mother in her 20s and her son, were injured in the smash which happened on the junction of Hurst Road and Broadmoor Avenue near the the Salop Convenience Store at around 6.40pm yesterday.
