Lightworks project about to shine
The final touches are being made to a £3million regeneration project in the centre of a Staffordshire town.

The Lightworks building, in Market Street, Hednesford, is days away from completion, according to developer Fred Pritchard.
The Lightworks has been built on the site of the old Lucas Lighting factory and has been delayed because of legal work.
Within the building will be a shopping arcade with restaurants and an historical themed cafe showcasing local history from around the area. There will also be loft apartments on the top floor of the building.
It is the first of three major regeneration schemes for the town, with multi-million schemes planned for the Rugeley Road end of Market Street and at the Victoria Street bus station area.
The building will have an art deco theme, when the Lucas Lighting company was in its heyday, with the shopping arcade and office mall decorated with similarly themed artwork.
The shopping mall will have glossy white frames and brand new art deco chromium-plated signs with maroon embellishments.
Mr Pritchard said: "The ex-Lucas Lighting factory was the starting point of the project and was totally derelict.
"This building is the biggest thing to happen in Hednesford for many years.
"Already a raft of business people are looking at the Lightworks for shopping, financial services and offices as well as the loft apartments."
Mr Pritchard said work was still be carried out on the loft apartments but was expected to be complete within days.
