Thousands of people enjoy Tettenhall Roundtable fete
Thousands of people turned out for the 17th Tettenhall Roundtable fete.
Wolves legend Steve Bull and Miss Black Country Evie Azzopardi joined those in attendance at the annual event.
The family friendly fete at Upper Green is a highlight of the summer for many with bouncy castles, carnival games, tombola games, toy and sweet stalls, ice cream vans and a laser tag dome for children.
It also saw the return of the 'man-creche', which includes supplies of beer or cider, a retro-gaming area and live sports on a giant screen.
One of those to attend the event was award-winning charity champion Louis Johnson who has been fundraising since the age of three.
Since then, helping charities has become a way of life for the youngster, who has raised thousands of pounds over the years.
Shiv Passap, membership chairman of Tettenhall Roundtable, said: "It's been another great year.
"We've loads of people turn out again, looks like it's just shy of 2,000 year.
"The mayor opened it, we've had Bully here, Miss Black Country and little Louis Johnson who's a great young fundraiser.
"This is just a community event and shows the community coming together and everyone is here to have a good time and a new experience.
"It's hard to say just one highlight but the man-creche has proved hugely popular again."
The free entry event, also raised money for charity, with local organisations Central Youth Theatre, Promise Dreams and Believe to Achieve all set to benefit.
Mr Passap added: "I think this shows what a great organisation we are, giving something for the community.
"It's all about people having a good time and we'd welcome anyone interested to get in touch."
