Andy Parsons, Jonny Cole, Lindsey Santoro and Josh Pugh coming to Walsall for comedy night

Black Country comedian Jonny Cole is set to bring his Just For Kicks comedy show to Walsall Football Club in April.

Andy Parsons, Lindsey Santoro and Josh Pugh are set to play the Banks's Stadium event, with Black Country comedian Jonny Cole compering the night.

Weymouth-born Andy Parsons started his career writing for Weekending, and went on to become one of the main writers on satirical puppet show Spitting Image.

Andy has performed on numerous radio and TV shows including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, QI, Saturday Live, The Stand Up Show, The Comedy Store, They Think It’s All Over, The PMQ show, Scrooby Trevithick and Parsons & Naylor’s Pull-Out Sections.

He won the Time Out Comedy Award in 2002, and has performed his stand-up comedy tours in venues across the world.

Birmingham-born Lindsey Santoro has been active on the Midlands comedy circuit since 2014.

She made the semi-finals of the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2016, and describes her style as a mix of the down-to-earth and the madcap.

Midlands funny man Josh Pugh won the English Comedian of the Year in 2016, hot off winning the Midland New Act of the Year in 2014 and 2015.

Josh won the prestigious Comedian of the Year title two years after his first show.

Black Country comedian Jonny Cole began his career writing cheeky parody songs.

His musical videos have garnered thousands of views online, and his live stand-up shows have gained him an army of followers across the country.

The first Just For Kicks, which came to the venue last year, starred comedians such as Joe Lycett, Wayne Beese, and Phoenix Nights star Archie Kelly.

Just For Kicks comes to Walsall Football Club on April 27.

Early bird tickets for the event are available until March 9, and are priced at £16.

Tickets purchased after this date will be priced at £20.
