Carli rewrote Emile Sandé's song, Read All About It, with a message to thank frontline staff.

She said: "The song is to uplift key workers and let them know we are 100 per cent behind them.

"I didn't expect it to be as well received as it has been, but more than ten thousand people have now watched the video and many of them including nurses said it touched them so much it helped them through some very tough shifts."

The song, which Carli posted on her Facebook page, has been viewed more than 27,000 times, shared more than 1,100 times and received hundreds of comments being posted thanking her for her support.

Carli Jones’ video has been viewed by thousands online and NHS workers would like it to be recorded and released to raise money

"Hundreds of people are asking for it to be recorded and released for charity and say my words have hit home, but we need permission from Emile Sandé first to use her music.

"I don't want fame, I just woke up with the words in my head, like a message of hope was given to me and so many people are getting that message from the song.

"The NHS has saved my life three times now and I’m so grateful to finally give something back even if it’s just a message of support during these times."
