Ozzy Osbourne to play Download Festival 2018
Brummie metal icon Ozzy Osbourne will headline next year's Download Festival.
The three-day rock event at Donington Park announced the news the 68-year-old idol would be headlining this morning.
The Aston-born Prince of Darkness, either on his own or with Black Sabbath, has played the Donington site a total of four times; the first of which was when he headlined Ozzfest there in 2002.

Black Sabbath played Download Festival in 2016 on the band's The End tour.
Fans can expect all the hits, such as Bark at the Moon, Mr Crowley, Crazy Train and Shot In The Dark - plus much more.
Download booker Andy Copping said: “We’re unbelievably excited to have Ozzy as one of the headliners next year.
"Already hailing from the midlands, Ozzy Osbourne is no stranger to Download, and after Black Sabbath closed the festival in 2016, how could I not ask The Prince of Darkness to come back all on his own?

Download will take place on from June 8 to 10 next year.
