There will be a matinee showing of The Wizard of Oz when it features at Brierley Hill Civic Hall next year, bosses at Mary Stevens Hospice said.

The Stourbridge-based hospice has organised the show, which features Wagner from X Factor, and Marlene, The Black Country Wench.

The show was originally due to run across two nights on January 23 and 24.

However the demand for tickets has seen organisers to add a matinee performance on the 24 to make the show accessible for schools, community groups and care facilities across the region.

Tickets for the matinee are available for a reduced fee of £10 per person, with further discounts available for group bookings of more than 50 people.

Ticket bookings must be made directly through the Civic Hall Box Office, either online at bhillcivic.co.uk or by calling 01384 573 381.
