Black Veil Brides and Asking Alexandria join forces for Birmingham show

American rockers Black Veil Brides will play a gig in Birmingham next year.

The Hollywood-based band will perform at the O2 Academy, joined by special guests Yorkshire rockers Asking Alexandria.

Black Veil Brides, which formed in 2006, is made up of members Andy Biersack, Ashley Purdy, Jake Pitts, Jinxx and Christian 'CC' Coma. They are best known for songs such as In The End, Knives and Pens, Fallen Angels and The Legacy.

Asking Alexandria, meanwhile, also founded in 2006, and are famed for songs such as Moving On, Final Episode and The Black.

The two acts will play the O2 Academy on January 1.

Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 9am.
