More than 80 exhibitors are already booked in for the event, which will take place from 10am to 4pm on Sunday June 4.

Organisers are calling on more vintage vehicle owners to come forward to display their pride and joy to make this year’s event the biggest one yet.

Now in its fourth year, the day has developed from being the former Steamer Sunday to a vintage vehicle display and country fair.

Steam engines, fairground organs, tractors, classic cars, vintage motorbikes, vintage cycles and vintage fire engines will all be on display. As well as getting up close to the lovingly restored vehicles, visitors will have the opportunity to chat to owners about their exhibits.

There will also be arts and crafts stalls, street food, vintage stalls, hand-crafted collectibles, a children’s funfair, a Punch and Judy show and live music at the free event.

Stuart Connelly, head of service for visitor economy and culture at Dudley Council, said:

“Each year this event attracts thousands of people who enjoy a fantastic day out in a great location. “We find that it’s not just the visitors who have a good time, but that the exhibitors also have a great experience talking to people about their vintage vehicles and swapping tips with each other.”

To bring along a vehicle, or to book one of the last stalls, contact Jacki Wynn, assistant events officer, on 01384 817822 or email jacki.wynn@dudley.gov.uk

The event is free to attend, but parking charges apply.
