The Premier League club has teamed up with the Oak View Group to bring a 3,500-capacity music and live entertainment venue right next door to the stadium.
The venue, which will be called The Warehouse, is set to open next to the Villa Park stadium in December.
The Oak View Group - who work in venue development, management, food and drinks, and sponsorship sales - will lead the programming for The Warehouse to turn it into one of the 'must-play destinations' for touring artists, comedians and entertainers.
The former club training warehouse will be transformed to also host sporting events such as boxing matches, and bosses hope it will become the place for Villa fans to enjoy before and after home matches.
