Wolverhampton gig for The Kris Barras Band will now promote new album

The Kris Barras Band have announced a new album ahead of their show in Wolverhampton in October.

The blues rockers will arrive at Bilston's Robin 2 on October 15 with Willie and the Bandits in support to play tracks from their brand new record Light It Up, which is due for release on September 13 via Provogue.

Since The Divine and Dirsty - their previous album - came out in March 2018 they've had a busy 18 or so months, and this new tour will be their largest of UK headline shows to date.

Produced by Josiah J Manning at Momentum Studios in Plymouth, the new album promises the kind of blues-fuelled rock tunes that have seen him noticed by and picked to play with acts such as John Mayall, Beth Hart and Rich Robinson.

As well as Kris Barras on guitars and vocals, the rest of the band are keyboard maestro Josiah J Manning, bassist Elliott Blackler and Will Beavies on drums.
