Gary Powndland's Wolverhampton show sells out in record time
A Wolves fan who is taking the internet by storm has sold out his first full-length show in record time.
Gary Powndland's comedy gig at Wolverhampton's Light House on July 21 sold out within hours.
The demand for tickets, which went on sale last Wednesday, meant an extra date was added.
Kelly Jeffs, CEO of Light House, said: "This is the fastest selling comedy show we’ve ever held here. We’re so excited that Gary is holding this event in our iconic venue."
Powndland has almost 10,000 followers on his Facebook page, with some of his regular home videos receiving around 200,000 views.
He will also bring his show ‘Gary Powndland and Friends’ to the venue on July 22.
